This month's Allure magazine has a piece in "Scalpel News" about a new at-home laser treatment. The device is an FDA approved mini fractional laser that is can reduce the wrinkles around the eyes when used for three minutes every day.  The as of yet un-named device was being developed as a joint collaboration by Johnson & Johnson and Palomar Medical Technologies, but has since been dropped by J&J. Palomar estimates that the device will be available the second half of 2010....? Stay tuned!
